5.3 If we are unable to fulfil the order, we may cancel the affected order or product and issue a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable product.

5.4 If only part of an order is unavailable, we may fulfil the available products and refund the unavailable product, subject to the applicable refund and shipping policy.

5.5 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where fulfilment becomes impossible.

7.1 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.

7.2 Cancellation requests received after the order has been processed or dispatched may not be accepted.

7.3 If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

7.5 Any payment gateway, banking, or other transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted where applicable.
